Course aim
- an overview of the activities of a specific professional discipline within the media and culture sector;
- insight into the division of tasks, communication, work pressure and atmosphere on the work floor of an organisation;
- knowledge of typical work processes and associated jargon for the internship;
- an overview of the own area of interest and how to give this further direction with the optional choice for a master's programme;
- better insight into the student's own talent, capacities and ambitions, which will enable the student to profile himself/herself with confidence during future application procedures;
- built a network of contacts that can contribute to finding a job;
- experience in conducting research in the concrete context of a professional practice and in reporting research results to third parties within that professional practice.
